We have recently started on site at the park in the Minster Quarter of the city as part of the city's transformation and upgrades planned over the next few years. The park has been awarded a National Lottery Heritage Fund Grant, alongside council funding to restore and renew the space for the enjoyment of the local community.

The works will involve:

Hard and Soft Landscaping
New Paving & Steps
A New Central Seating Area
Specialist Stonemasonry Works
Ironmongery and Restoration of Historic Railings
Improved Lighting

Whilst on site, we are welcoming fifteen students from Sunderland College as part of their Readiness for Work scheme, to provide valuable on site work experience in a number of areas including brickwork, groundworks and landscaping.
