Throughout 2018 and 2019, BCE Northern has been employed by Gateshead Housing Company to undertake works on a number of housing development projects in the area. The developments we have been involved in are part of a wider regeneration and pledge to build 11,000 new homes across Gateshead by 2030. The below schemes are part of the first batch of developments to be designed and built by Gateshead Council in 30 years.

Half Fields Road, Winlaton

The development at Half Fields Road involved the building and external works to two single storey, assisted living bungalows in Winlaton with associated hardstanding tarmac road and parking area, access paths, retaining wall and landscaped green space.

Seymour Street, Dunston

The development at Seymour Street involved the building of seven new council homes for rent in Dunston.

Derwent View, Winlaton

The development at Derwent View involved the building and external works to two two-storey, assisted living accommodation in Winlaton with associated hardstanding tarmac driveway and parking areas with soft landscaping and a communal bin store.
