NTC – St Peter’s Pavilion 

The North Tyneside Council-led project covers a 17-acre site, and will support football and rugby. It will also include a new recreational area around the perimeter of the site for walking, with infrastructure added in including new fencing and car parking. When it opens in 2024, the complex will become the headquarters of the Northumberland Football Association and Wallsend RFC, which will use the building as its new clubhouse. 

The venue is also set to be a community development hub for football and a training venue for Wallsend Centurions and Eagles Rugby League clubs. 

BCE have delivered the external groundworks at the sports club including:

• Soft landscaping – topsoil & seeding 
• Kerbing 
• Service trenching 
• Retaining walls
• Drainage – surface water, foul water, hydro brake
