BCE Northern Ltd have been involved within a wide range of Building Development projects across the North East of England. From local authority to private developers, we have undertaken all manner of work including the building of affordable housing, the establishment of Traveller sites and the building and maintenance of industrial facilities.

Projects

South Tyneside Homes – Edhill & Wark

Edhill Avenue, South Shields Wark Crescent, Jarrow In June 2017, BCE Northern was awarded the contract to undertake works to two high quality, affordable housing developments on formerly disused sites in the South Tyneside area for over 55s through the South Tyneside Housing Ventures Trust.

Gateshead Housing Company

Throughout 2018 and 2019, BCE Northern has been employed by Gateshead Housing Company to undertake works on a number of housing development projects in the area. The developments we have been involved in are part of a wider regeneration and pledge to build 11,000 new homes across Gateshead by 2030.

Gypsy, Roma & Traveller (GRT) Sites – Durham County Council

As a framework partner of Durham County Council for the delivery of Civil Engineering Works, BCE Northern was selected to undertake the works following a further mini competition under the Framework Agreement. The six GRT sites within the County of Durham aim to meet the needs of the Gypsy, Roma & Traveller communities as well as those passing through the County.
